can we Attach Power BI file when posting Message

How can we Attach Power BI file when posting Message, I dont see attach button for sharing sample pbi file

still not attah/upload option not visible

You can then upload the file to drive and share the link using insert link option next to the smiley.

so attaching files through external link,  message windows doesnt have bydefault or do i need permissions so i can attachments

Attaching file thru external link does'nt need any special permission.
