calculated column not showing correct value when filter applied in Matrix table,

Hi, I have created a Matrix table. In Rows i have the level and in columns having activity and sub activity. In value i have shown the percentage of grade wise subactivity. I have used a filter to show as per the Item type. It is working fine. But after adding a calculated column in Rows, this calculted column is not showing the correct number in Matrix table. But in Table, it is working fine. Could you please help me out?

The PBI report desired is in this format: here the requirement is the count should come in the ROW and measure value as Vlaues in the Matrix column. When filter applied the count should also show the number accordinlgy
