calculate values for specific time duration

Hi,  

I need to display data for a specific time duration between 10 am to 6 pm on a line chart for 3 different fields by placing datetime on x-axis.

The data set having these fields:

-Datetime

-Target Sales

-Actual Sales

-Difference

Please suggest how to display on the chart only for the time from 10 am to 6 pm.

Hi @jitpbi ,

First, create a column to calculate the formatting time.

Then create a measure to apply it to visual level filter.

Measure = IF(MAX('Table'[time])>=TIME(10,0,0)&&MAX('Table'[time])<=TIME(18,0,0),1,0)

@jitpbi you should separate date and time into two different columns, which can be done easily in Power Query, and then put a page-level or report level filter on the time column and filter between 10 am and 6 pm.

Thanks @parry2k for the suggestion. Please suggest how can we do it in DAX as well?
