button in table visual

Power BI doesn’t support adding a button in every row of a table visual, especially with growing data.
But you can achieve the same result using a Drill-through page.
Create a drill-through page filtered by User ID, and users can right-click any row to open the detailed graph for that specific user.like what AnkitaaMishra mentioned, we can't add buttons in the table visual.
However, may be you can try bookmark navigator, which also create navigator buttons. Maybe this can solve your problem.
