Hi powerbiexpert22,

We appreciate your inquiry submitted via the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Based on my understanding of the scenario, it might not possible with the old single Map or Filled Map combination. Instead, we may use the Azure Maps visual, a native and more recent map visual available in Power BI.

Please find attached screenshots and a sample .pbix file that demonstrates the use of the Azure Maps visual and may help to resolve the issue:
1.Screenshot showing Total alumni and Senior leadership alumni for COUNTRY: India

2. Upon clicking "2 down arrows in the Azure Map visual(i.e., Go to the next level in the hierarchy)" we can see the Total alumni and Senior leadership alumni counts individually CITY wise for COUNTRY: India

You can try Symbol Choropleth map in TMap Visual for Power BI.

@powerbiexpert22  measure is not allowed as legend elements, you need createa a calculated column (If Possible).

Other wise you are only allowed to add count of alumni in the tooltip.

Hi @powerbiexpert22

I am assuming you want to show the count senior leadership as a legend (1,2,3, etc) but still be able to dynamically filter this count. If so, try this -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEuDlcSzk7k

There are sample pbix files in the video description.
