Has anyone else noticed this? If you have a table, and you add some data to it or filter from a slicer, every now and then you will have to sort the table to get the data to show up in the table. Or another issue, the table displays a bunch of blank rows in the table until you sort it, and then it fixes itself. This definitely seems to be a bug. It happens both in the Desktop and the Service.

I am setting this case to SOLVED because there is no evidence it is happening. I will be happy to look into it when any evidence is provided. I dont believe or disbelieve you, but only you have reported the problem and you are not cooperating with requests for evidence.
And...here is an example of someone reporting (today) the other bug I mentioned about visuals disappearing. Custom Visuals disappear (including Microsoft cer... - Microsoft Power BI Community
Assuming it is happening to other users besides me, both issues will eventually make their way to Microsoft's dev team and to more users bringing it up.
The issues are hard to document. In the case of the blank rows, it's hard to capture because it's so sensitive. One minute you see your whole table and all of it's rows, then the next (if you have applied a filter or slicer) your table has this block of blank rows but as soon as you interact with the table they disappear. In the case of the custom visuals disappearing, it's hard to document something that's not there. The visual, in this case the chiclet slicer, was pinned to my visuals list, working fine, and then I made a selection somewhere else on the canvas and the visual disappeared.
I think it's a bit premature to mark it as solved, but again, if indeed a wide variety of users are experiencing these issues it really does not matter as they will find their into being identified regardless.
Hi again texmexdragon2
This forum is run by volunteers to share knowledge, you can can try rasie your problem via Microsoft support but they may give you the same anwer
I have closed the case because you are not providing evidence and noone else is reporting the isssue
I have empathy and hope you resolve your issue and will be happy to assit if it can be evidenced, but please appreciate we cant chase shadows or wild claim on this forum when noone else is reporting any issues.
I suggest you collate the evidence.
Some old versions of PBIX could become corrupt, especially when saving reports using a new version of Desk Top and then Opening and Saving it with an old version. Some funtion are not backwards compatible.
It is very rare but I have seen it happen.
The solution is to unistall and reinstall Power BI Desktop to the new version and rebuild the reports using copy and paste. You could try that.
Thank you
Believe me, it's happening. And there's even another bug (experienced it multiple times in last 24 hours): If you had a custom visual (chiclet slicer for example), it will eventually disappear from your report. Not immediately, but give it time and interact with it a bit and you will experience it.

proof? evidence? examples? screen shots? video? anything at at ? 😁
And another user reporting...and they're from Microsoft! Custom Visuals disappear (including Microsoft cer... - Microsoft Power BI Community
Hi again texmexdragon2
This forurm is operated by Super User volunteers to share knowldege and skills
The problem you reported was about a "blank rows bug" but no eveidence has been provided and I cant replicate it without examples.
Some users have reported problems with missing Custom Visuals but this is different to a "blank rows bug" and Custom Visuals are not supported
You can view known issue here
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/troubleshoot/known-issues/power-bi-known-issues
You can get Power Bi Support here
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-support-options
I trust this matter is no closed until if and when you can provide evidence of a "blank rows bug".
If such a bug existed then I and other Super Users will be very keen to see it and try help.
However, without evidence we are chasing shadows.
This ticket is no closed and we can better spend time helping other users.
Thank you and I sincerely hope you resolve your problem.
As I said...others users will start reporting this: Rows not viewable in a table - Microsoft Power BI Community
