bing map issue

Hi all

When I use bing map(use city name in location instead of lat or long) in china area, some cities will map to other countries when the country has same city name, how could i limit city only in china area (by using city name)?

In addition, I found that some cities will missing when I publish report in service, which works well in desktop . Is this a bug? How to solve it?
