behavior of countrows

Hello im trying to understand the behavior of countrows, particularly if i put it inside a calculate with filter or all condition. im getting a blank row in the matrix

VISCount = CALCULATE([Basic count], 'Rental Object'[Business Entity]="VIS")

My table model looks like this:

The blank row appears only when i created a one to many relationship between rental object and conditions table. Appreciate the reason for the appearance of blank row.

@newbiepowerbi , A null on the one side means a missing value on the join on the one side of the table. Means Fact has value and dimension do not have that

Yeah i did an except table between fact table (condition) and dimension  table, there was a value in the fact table  that the dimension do not have. so even if im just counting the all rows of the dimension table, dax will still show the a blank representing the unmatched value
