I'm trying to create the set of curves shown below

BASELINE IFR CURVE: QTY_BUDGET+DATE_BASE_IFR_ENG

ACTUAL IFR CURVE: QTY_IFR+DATE_ACT_IFR

FORECAST IFR CURVE: QTY_CE+DATE_FORE_IFR

BASELINE IFC CURVE: QTY_BUDGET+DATE_BASE_IFC_ENG

ACTUAL IFC CURVE: QTY_IFC+DATE_ACT_IFR

FORECAST IFC CURVE: QTY_CE+DATE_FORE_IFC

within a range of time (in this example from Jan-22 to jan-24)
