Perfect Order Metric

Hello!

I am using Power BI to build a dashboard to track the % of perfect order.

The dashboard is fed using the below 3 tables:

Shipment Details table:

Sales DocumentDeliveryCreated On
18101/04/2022
28201/05/2022
38301/06/2022
38401/06/2022

Some sales orders have more than 1 delivery associated.

Manual Changes table:

Sales DocumentCount of Manual ChangesManual change type

10Manual change Type 2
10Manual change Type 3
10Manual change Type 4
10Manual change Type 5
20Manual change Type 1
20Manual change Type 2
20Manual change Type 3

20Manual change Type 5
32Manual change Type 1
31Manual change Type 2
31Manual change Type 3
30Manual change Type 4
30Manual change Type 5

This table counts the number of times that certain fields in the order is changed manually and +1 whenever a manual change is done.

Order changes after completion table:

10Type 3
21Type 1
20Type 2

30Type 1
30Type 2
30Type 3

This table counts the number of times that certain fields in the order is changed after the order entry has been completed and +1 whenever a change is done.

Relationships are linked via Sales Document.

In order for an order to be perfect it should have no manual changes or order changes. I am looking to visualise the perfect order metric by month. One example of the desired final result is below:

Created onNumber of Sales Documents% of Sales Document considered Perfect order
Apr1100%
May 10%
Jun10%

June had 2 deliveries but both coming from 1 sales document so we want to note that as just 1 sales document

Please could you guide me to be able to this visualisation?

Thank you in advance for your guidance.
