average value in a chart

i have a column( a simple count of a column) where i have two states(the user did or didnt)

Im trying to do a  clustered column chart by day where i take the average value(and in the future do a conditional formatting), my problem is that i need to do a fixed amount (problaby that 13 ) and divide by the total number of users to get my average value. How can i do that. im trying to use that formula with ALL

If you want to take the 13 from your calculation you need to use the ALL function but force the filter for the Absent should look something like this 

FIXO AL AUSENTES =
CALCULATE (
    [.Aluno_PR];
    FILTER (
        ALL ( Table[Column DID / NOT DID] );
        Table[Column DID / NOT DID] = "Didnt"
    )
)

Replace the column by the ones on your model and the Didnt also by the corresponding text.
