I am able to manually publish report to the website. is there a way to automatically refresh and publish reports based on a schedule

Hi @tparvaiz

You can refresh data automatically using the On-Premise or Personal Gateway. But please note that it will require a Pro License, as well as anyone else who views the Dashboards or reports will require a Pro license.

So, if I want to show a report to a person(one time only) then he need to have power bi pro?

If you want to show someone once off, you can enable the Pro Trial (60 Days) which will enable them to see the Pro features.

Hi, it seeme like I don't have a proversion. so would I have to do something like this every week/month

A) open individual report

B) presee refresh button

C) publish file to the web

or is there a better alternative

With the free version you now will be able to refresh using the gateway
