automatic refresh

Hi

I am Getting Data from excel file and I want the PowerBI to refresh automatically every lets say 1 minute. I tried to follow the page below but I do not see any option to refresh. Thank you very much.

Page Refresh options avaialble only for Direct Query with Admin rights

Excel will not support direct query , hence you can create page refresh!!
