atualização da parte visual automatico

Teria algum modo de atualizar a parte visual do painel automaticamente em ter que clicar, esta para fazer a consulta do banco a cada um período e queria colocar para atualizar junto a parte visual caso eu já esteja na página sem precisar recarregá-la.

Sem precisar clicar no botão abaixo que mostra logo a baixo.

You can use the "Auto Refresh" feature in Power BI to update the visual part of the panel automatically. To enable this feature, click on the "File" menu, select "Options and settings", and then select "Options". In the "Global" section, select "Security" and then select "Data Load". Under "Data Load", you can set the "Auto Refresh" interval to the desired time interval. Once you have set the interval, Power BI will automatically refresh the visual part of the panel at the specified interval.
