Filter Entire Report by Pay Periods

i need to filter an enitre power bi report so it only shows data from the most 6 recent, fully completed pay periods. the pay periods are defined as the 1st of the month through the 15th of the month, and the 16th of the month to through the end of the month. a fully completed pay period is defined as a pay period that has had all of the dates within that pay period already past. For example, if today was 5/16/2023, the pay period that 5/16/2023 falls in would not be inlcluded in the fiter yet, as all the other dates within that pay period have not passed yet. i have a calandar dataset included in my report. How do i go about creating this filter for my report?
