Hi all,
I have 2 lists I would like to combine into all combinations.
List A has all Subjects taking part in the research, by Site, example:
| Site | Subject |
| 100 | 1 |
| 100 | 2 |
| 100 | 3 |
| 101 | 1 |
| 101 | 2 |
| 102 | 1 |
| 102 | 2 |
| 102 | 3 |
| 102 | 4 |
List B has all Events, in order, example:
| Event |
| a |
| b |
| c |
| d |
Where in simple coding I could use a simple loop, I'm having trouble in DAX creating this final product:
| Site | Subject | Event |
| 100 | 1 | a |
| 100 | 2 | a |
| 100 | 3 | a |
| 101 | 1 | a |
| 101 | 2 | a |
| 102 | 1 | a |
| 102 | 2 | a |
| 102 | 3 | a |
| 102 | 4 | a |
| 100 | 1 | b |
| 100 | 2 | b |
| 100 | 3 | b |
| 101 | 1 | b |
| 101 | 2 | b |
| 102 | 1 | b |
| 102 | 2 | b |
| 102 | 3 | b |
| 102 | 4 | b |
| 100 | 1 | c |
| 100 | 2 | c |
| 100 | 3 | c |
| 101 | 1 | c |
| 101 | 2 | c |
| 102 | 1 | c |
| 102 | 2 | c |
| 102 | 3 | c |
| 102 | 4 | c |
| 100 | 1 | d |
| 100 | 2 | d |
| 100 | 3 | d |
| 101 | 1 | d |
| 101 | 2 | d |
| 102 | 1 | d |
| 102 | 2 | d |
| 102 | 3 | d |
| 102 | 4 | d |
the order of the result doesn't matter to me, as long as all possible combinations between the Subjects and Events are in one Table.
Thanks in advance!
