add border around a shape in scatter plot

I am using a scatter plot and data is shown as circles.

Is it possible to put a border on each of the circles, and then to colour the border differently depending on a category.

ie. I want to be able to put a thick blue border around some circles and thick yellow borders aruond others, and no border around others (this is all based on another field which has 3 options).

Hi @ahuhn,

Based on my test, it is not possible to meet your requirement currently. You can come up a new idea about that and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.

What was the hurry Microsoft to launch power bi for users  even without such basic functionality.

Tablaue gives such option out of the box.
