add 2 values from 1 column and put it under hierarchy level 3

I have one column which has multiple values under it. I want to add 2 specific values from that column and add them under hierarchy level 3 by condition which says if value is positive then it belong to this field else other.This is column which include 2 type of teasury with different code in startingthis is the measure which i have added in measure those 2 valuesthis is hierarchy and want to add the measure in borrowing in hierarchy level 3

If I undesrtand correctly, it be might interesting to create a table with this measure and related it to "Borrowing" for Slice hierarchy leve 3. Have you tried this possibility? Sorry if I misunderstood;
