Zscore use and calculation in power bi to show variance in payment days

Hi,

I have a dataset containing a large amount of invoice numbers from various suppliers. i also have the date on which the invoice was booked and the date on which it was paid. i want to show the variance between these two dates in a visual. I thought of calculating the z-score for each row (meaning each invoice) and then show these scores in a box and whisker plot grouped by vendor on one axis. My questions are:

1- is this doable and the right way of presenting this data.

2- if yes, can you please guide me on how i can calculate the zscore and then plot data in the box and whisker chart.

Thank you

Best,

Natali
