Zendesk connection issues

Hi All, 

I am getting this message when trying to connect Zendesk to PowerBi Desktop.

Any ideas why this would occur

Thank you for these helpful articles, both of which present a solution. However, both solutions require I change something in the actual query. I cannot access the query details because they aren't saved in powerbi until the connection is succesful...

Any idea how to employ those solutions within Powerbi Desktop?
