YTD DAX

I am looking for a time intelligence Query which will return the data from beginning of selected  year to current quarter of that year.

So basically for 2019 year it should give me data from 01/01/2019 to second Quarter(now Second Quarter) of 2019.

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension!

DAX is simple, but NOT EASY!

@Anonymous well maybe you have some missing stuff in your model.
impossible to know without getting more info about it.
