Typically I would like to see the dataset in following sort order while doing the XIRR calculations:
1) Date
2) Cashflows
However, it seems PowerBI is not maintaining the sort order and picking some random sort order while doing XIRR calculations. I tried to introduce the Index in the Data Analyser too but no luck still seeing wrong results for XIRR computations.
Please suggest if anyone has faced similar issues and how to overcome.
Did you find a solution, which you can share? Thanx.
