Wrong Total Value of Calculation

Hi BI Community Team,

I have applied this measure to distint count of customer data table. If we check the result by sales rep, it's correct.

But the issue is total value that it's wrong as the screenshot below.

Measure:

Cnt_Customer =
CALCULATE(
    DISTINCTCOUNT(Data[Customer Code]),
    LEFT(Data[Customer Code], 10) <> "9999999999"
    && LEFT(Data[Customer Code], 5) <> "88888"
    && LEFT(Data[Customer Code], 4) <> "7777"
)

Any suggestion/advise?

Thanks and Regards,

@ADSL First, please vote for this idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=082203f1-594f-4ba7-ac87-bb91096c742e

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

@ADSL Use this measure in your table visual. Keep your existing measure as this measure uses it.

Cnt_Customer Total =
    VAR __Table = ADDCOLUMNS(DISTINCT('Data'[SR_Code]), "__Value", [Cnt_Customer])
    VAR __Result = IF(HASONEVALUE(Data[SR_Code]),[Cnt_Customer], SUMX(__Table, [__Value]))
RETURN
    __Result

Hi @Greg_Deckler,

I go through your link feedback, but still cannot do it.

Could you please advise and correct the measure above? Thank you in advance.

@ADSL Use this measure in your table visual. Keep your existing measure as this measure uses it.

Cnt_Customer Total =
    VAR __Table = ADDCOLUMNS(DISTINCT('Data'[SR_Code]), "__Value", [Cnt_Customer])
    VAR __Result = IF(HASONEVALUE(Data[SR_Code]),[Cnt_Customer], SUMX(__Table, [__Value]))
RETURN
    __Result
