Working with Process Dates in Single Table

I have a projects table that outlines each project (unique identifier) and the dates in which the project reaches each milestone. I am trying to figure out how to translate the attached excel into powerbi. I understand that making the date dolumns "dynamic" would not be possible, that is fine, the dates can be static but with the stage being dynamic. I already have a date table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have been trying to figure this out for weeks.

Hi @aodell1

You need to transform your table, using unpivot tables as per this video

select the Start date, stages & End Date columns in Power Query --> transform --> unpivot columns

and then also refer to this video to understand how to prepare a delay bucket

Did I answer your question? Mark my post as a solution! Appreciate your Kudos!! !!

Thanks & Regards,
