Working out Financial Week Number 2019/20 and beyond

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help. I have created a column to work out financial week number with week 1 starting in April. This has worked fine. However can anyone help me as to why Financial week number is Apr 2019 AND March 2020 for the financial year 2019/20?

I used this calculation - 

Financial Week No =

VAR WeekNumber = WEEKNUM('operations Date_Dim'[Date], 2)

VAR FWeekNumber = WEEKNUM(DATE(YEAR('operations Date_Dim'[Date]), 04, 01),2)

RETURN

    IF(

        Weeknumber>=FWeekNumber,

        Weeknumber-(FWeekNumber-1),

        52+WeekNumber-(FWeekNumber-1)

    )

Hi @amitchandak  - Scrub that -Ive got it to work - but can the formula you provided be tweaked so I have 52 weeks? TIA

FY Week = QUOTIENT(DATEDIFF(Minx(FILTER('Date',[FY Start Date]=EARLIER([FY Start Date])),'Date'[Start of Week]),[Date],DAY),7)+1

or go to a sunday/monday  of FY Start date

FY Week Start = [FY Start Date] - weekday([FY Start Date],2) +1 // Monday

FY Week = QUOTIENT(DATEDIFF(Minx(FILTER('Date',[FY Week Start ]=EARLIER([FY Week Start ])),'Date'[Start of Week]),[Date],DAY),7)+1
