Window incomplete

I have encountered this issue when a window opens in the program (such as quick meassures like bellow) and it appears to be incomplete and doesn't show all the necessary tools/information. Can someone please help me fix this? I have tried adjusting the display settings and unistalling and installing again the program I don't know what else to do.

Have you changed the size in display settings?
