Will Calculated Column based on date change when month changes automatically

I am currently using this formula to add a calculated column to my data

CurrentMo = IF(STEPCHART5[Month].[MonthNo]>=MONTH(TODAY()),"yes","no").
I am using this to filter out future months on certain visuals that are calculating forecast error.

The question i have is will that calculated column update when the date changes to a new month? or will i need to refresh the data?

thanks!

@effertz12 , yes, as this based on today this should change

if month is a date then prefer

CurrentMo = IF(month(STEPCHART5[Month]) >=MONTH(TODAY()),"yes","no").
