Why does Power BI Desktop consume physical memory after few days of usage?

Why does Power BI Desktop consume physical memory after few days of usage? We use Power BI Desktop and let it open for a couple of days to a week. Initially, Power BI Desktop take about only 300 to 600 MB of physical memory. But, we observe there are times the Power BI Desktop froze after a week or so. Please see below screenshot of the memory consumed by the app at the time it freezes.

@iamriz , Basically it depends on many factors and file size.  How Many Calculations you have etc.
