It's still the same issue. Yes it is an excel workbook

Based on the screenshot, you are only accessing the file as binary but you did not specify what file type you are accessing. For Excel files from a local drive, the formula to access it would be: Excel.Workbook(File.Contents(path))
For Excel files from the web Excel.Workbook(Web.Contents(path))
