Which type of visualization was used here?

It will be a combination of visualisations

Basic card for the Numbers.

The images are probably table with an expression for the img. Set Tick if good otherwise !. Ensure your field is set the modelling data category to image url. Multi line cards also show images.

If its not dynamic then just add the image from the home toolbar.
