Where's the 'published documentation' for the Table.View M Function

While looking up documentation on the Table.View M language function on the Microsoft web site at:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerquery-m/table-view

I came across this sentence:

"Please see the published documentation for a more complete description of Table.View and custom view functions."

Does anyone know where the published documentation is for this function? The above Microsoft page is clearly incomplete and missing many details of Table.View
