Hi,
In Power BI Desktop I created a model based on some SQL tables. Through Enter Data I also created a small table with some codes and descriptions. Related with one-to-may to fact table.
When I create something in the pbix in Desktop, I see the values of that 'Enter Data'-table.
But after the first refresh in the Service of this dataset, and reading this shared dataset through Live Connection I don't see any values of this 'Enter Data'-table when putting it in a visual.
All the queries have 'Enable Load' and 'Include In Report Refresh' checked.
The 'Enter Data'-table only has 'Enable Load' checked.
Why don't I see that data when making a Live Connection?
regards
Ron
Solved! Go to Solution.
@PowerRon , Add that Include In Report Refresh, other wise It will not even load data for the first time and it will not show data.
If you are power bi premium customer, you can use XMLA endpoint and SSMS to refresh the individual table

Hi @PowerRon ,
Live Connection is only supporting one source for the connection. You cannot explore live data and connect to another type of data source in the same file.
You can refer to this document for more details about live connection: Live Connection

Hi @amitchandak
thnx for your reply. I will add it. Already thought that was the issue. But a little bit confusing. Should I also check 'Enable Load', cause the data is manually entered in the model??
We have premium, using ADF and Power Automate to trigger refresh. I did this first refresh manually. It took 4.5 hours. So have to investigate why it took that long. Will be an exercise for me using SQL Profiler:)
