Dear all
I have an Excel file that i am updating every month with new data. Then I am refreshing my Powerbi dashboard to visualize the data
However, this month I updated my Excel (now has 27k rows) but PowerBi is only taking 22k rows, therefore I am missing this month update in my visualization
I did not made any Query editing or transformation, is just the raw table
I tried to update the table again but is always taking the same number of rows (22k)
Anyone knows why this is happening?
many thanks in advance

@dbatllevz , go to transform data/ edit query mode. There should be some error there. Check that out first.

Hi @dbatllevz ,
First, please check Refresh history and confirm whether the refresh was successful. Also please check if the report apply any filter, slicer or parameter. If the above ones are OK, please try to refresh it manually again and check if it can get the all rows. If not, please provide the applied codes in Advanced Editor, later we will check if any step may impact the data refresh. It is better if you can provide the related screen shots of excel data(especially the data missing in dashboard) and data display in dashboard. By the way, where the excel file locate? On-premises?
Best Regards
Rena
