Hi dbatllevz ,

First, please check Refresh history and confirm whether the refresh was successful. Also please check if the report apply any filter, slicer or parameter. If the above ones are OK, please try to refresh it manually again and check if it can get the all rows. If not,  please provide the applied codes in Advanced Editor, later we will check if any step may impact the data refresh. It is better if you can provide the related screen shots of excel data(especially the data missing in dashboard) and data display in dashboard. By the way, where the excel file locate? On-premises?
