What visualizations can I use in Desktop to put different tiles on a page?

I have to re-create something like the dashboard from this link: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-dashboards/

Is there any way to add tiles on a page in Deksktop? Are there any visualizations we can use just to put one figure or number, similar to Dashboard tiles?

Card visual should be the best choice. You can also try some custom visuals like Liquid Fill Gauge.

@Anonymous Tiles is the feature only available in power bi service and not desktop but to show numbers in power bi desktop you can use KPI visual or the Card visual.
