I am struggling with what kind of graph that should be used to represent the voting result: heat map, matrix, 100% stacked graph or others.
To give you a raw mock data:
For this particular Candidate A, the voting result is as attached below:
@Anonymous , I think it will depend on the need and what other visuals are.
100% stacked would be pretty good here. Followed by Heat map and Matrix

THanks, The client prefers something visual with colour to highlight the results quickly.
On top of that, he wants to have two dimensions - one is country and the other axis will be department.
Not sure whether it will be useful and I wonder how to prepare the raw data in order to obtain heat map?

You can use the matrix visual and set its background color with conditional formatting to achieve the heat map. Something like in this article or this video. The key is what is the rule you want to set the colors.
