Hi , im kinda new to power BI but i guess this is a sophisticated  pie chart , u can make such thing by creating a drill down pie chart !

I'm not sure there's an official name for it, but I would call it a multi-level pie chart.

The closest visualization I could find on the Marketplace is called "Sunburst".  Reviews seem mostly positive, with some people wanting more customization/formatting options.
