What is the best way to refresh the data with excel as source in PBI

HI All,

 

Lets say our end users are using Excel as source to create power BI model. Now they want to refresh the data on daily basis.

What is the best way to do it ?

We don't want to create data source in the enterprise gateway for each excel path.

So there is no other way apart from onedrive and sharepoint ? 

Does it need license ?
