What are the options to record a comment and attach to a dashboard that is a visual table?

I have a visual that is a table that users look at on app.powerbi.com. I would like to allow users to record a comment to add it to a table after refresh. The way I've been doing this is to have an excel file with a row indicator and users record their comment in the Excel file. Would it be possible to have a user enter an amount directly into app.powerbi.com? Would there be a different way to record a comment?

Based on my research, it is not supported yet currently. You can come up a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.
