Hi All,
I have some data (below) that provides me with hour on hour stats for calls in, answered, abandoned etc, as well as talk time etc.
I am interested in the Average Answer Time. What I would like to to be able to calculate the actual Average Answer Time for the day, using wieghted average i guess, but I just cant figure it out. Any help much appreciated.

w.AVE = DIVIDE ( SUMX ( table, [Avg.AnswerTime] ), CALCULATE ( COUNT ( table[date] ), ALLSELECTED ( table ) ) )
