Weighted average for ASA

Hi All,

I have some data (below) that provides me with hour on hour stats for calls in, answered, abandoned etc, as well as talk time etc.

I am interested in the Average Answer Time. What I would like to to be able to calculate the actual Average Answer Time for the day, using wieghted average i guess, but I just cant figure it out. Any help much appreciated.

Hi @devilish7 ,

Try this one.

w.AVE =
DIVIDE (
    SUMX ( table, [Avg.AnswerTime] ),
    CALCULATE ( COUNT ( table[date] ), ALLSELECTED ( table ) )
)

If it doesn't meet your requirement, kindly share your sample data and excepted result to me if you don't have any Confidential Information. Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.
