Weekly Report forecast per Project & Week

Team, I have a data table showing weekly forecast hours per employee. I want to prepare three reports:

• Report-1 which shows top 2 Projects (Projects with highest number of hours) per week

(Slicer to select 1 week or multiple weeks)

• Report-2 which shows top 2 and bottom 2 Projects for week over week (%) change in forecast

(Slicer to select 2 weeks for which week-over-week change is to be analyzed)

• Report-3 shows overallocated and under-allocated employees (criteria is employee more than 25 hours in a week is called overallocated and an employee less than 25 hours in a week is called under-allocated)

(Slicer to select 1 week or multiple weeks)

Week Over Week is usually computed for adjacent weeks.  With your ragged data that measure makes not a lot of sense.
