Week Over Week Analysis in SSDT

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to create Week Over Week Report. 

The data is at Weekly Snapshot grain.

So every friday snapshot is taken.

So lets say for 16th Feb 2018, the number of records in Fact is 20

and for 23rd Feb, the number of records in fact is 25

So my WoW metric should show me 5 when I run a report for 23rd Feb.

I need the flexibility to change the week from the slicer, so whichever value I select depending on that it should compare it previous week and show me the WoW change.
