Webscraping issues: Subscribed resources

Does anyone have experience using the webscrape function on a resource you need to log into? I've tried with different sources and received errors re: invalid credentials, and that the credential type isn't supported:

"The credentials provided cannot be used for the Web source. Please update the credential type through a refresh or in the Data Source Settings dialog to continue."

"The credentials provided are invalid." (They're not, error comes up when I try to enter login info in the Basic tab and alternate credentials in the Windos tab)

"We were unable to connect because this credential type isnt suported for this resources. Please choose another credential type." (When I try to sign in under organizational account)

Would appreciate any assistance!
