Web url shows for only some of the items

Hi,

I have a very starnge behavior with Web URLs - the same column which is set correctly they show most of the time but there are some items that are don't show as Web URLs:

The reference URL is calcualte field in the same table on the same record.

I verified that the field that I refer to has the right information for all cases - good and bad.

I also tried with a constant field with the value "https://www.google.com/".

I cannot see any commonality between the values that the Web URL is not working for them.

Does anyone encounter this or has any advice about how to solve this?
