    This option was available with the new version on Power BI for RS released Jan 2020

Hi KBO ,

 

The video posted helps but my issue is that I can't see the web URL option in Conditional Formatting section no matter which field I have selected as posted in the screenshot. Maybe this is not available for power BI desktop for report server which is different from standard power BI desktop
