Ways to restrict a page/tab to specific audience

Hi,

I am building a dashboard in which I would like to keep one page/tab dedicated to one user group.

I will have a landing page, where buttons (with links) to different pages will be placed.

UserGroupA can access all the pages/tabs from all the buttons/links.

However for UserGroupB, If possible I do not want to show the button.

If there is no way, I want to show "Restricted" message once they click on the button which leads to restricted pages.

If I use RLS, I believe UserGroupB will land into the restricted page but see nothing, but I would rather show them a a custom message if possible.

Thanks

Hi @Saniat

You can consider create two page in report, one page can see all button, one page can only see related button, then publish an app in the workspace, and add the report to the app, in the app, the admin can set which user can see which page, you can refer to the following link.

Best Regards!
