Waterfall chart to show increase and decrease per day

Dear all,

can you please advise if there's a way to build a waterfall chart to show both "Increase" and "decrease" between days?

When I'm trying to build it - generally I can manage to show only "delta" per day, but not both "+" and "-"

Sample data below

Category    Date           Ammount     Increase    Decrease

AAA         01.05.20          10000          1000            500

AAA         02.05.20          10500          1500           1000

AAA         03.05.20          11000          1000           1000
