Waterfall chart decimal separators format

Dear community,

 

I am working with Power Bi desktop where building a waterfall chart. Unfortunately, I can not change a number format to separate with dots instead of commas as presented in the screenshot. My Windows Region settings have been reflecting dot format, however Power Bi Desktop still shows comma separator, whereas a Power Bi application shows dot format.

 

Coudl you please assist?
