Hello!
I'm looking for a way to connect a matrix with my waterfall, showing all the employees who have been hired and terminated within each month. Unfortunately, I can only actively connect the hiring date and not incorporate the terminated date. Is there a way to add up every single employee id who had been hired and terminated each month in the matrix? Maybe I need to adjust the formula?
I included my test data in my file: https://onedrive.live.com/?id=889A7EFB9759AA88%21109&cid=889A7EFB9759AA88
Any help is appreciated. Thank you so much!
Hi @Anonymous ,
Sorry for replying late. But it seems that the sample file link does not exist or no longer to available when I open it. Could you please consider re-sharing it for further discussion?
Best Regards,
Yingjie Li

Hi @v-yingjl!
I appreciate the help! I apologize for not seeing your message until now either. Would you mind letting me know if it's still not working for you?
Another note: I'm trying to basically say if the employee was hired in each month but fired in the same month, the measurement will only count the employee as one, not 2 just because they were hired and fired in the same month. Hopefully this clears up any misunderstanding, but please let me know if I can clear anything up!
