Waterfall Charts
Evening,
Any workaround on how to sort with breakdown in waterfall,I have Category ,Breakdown and Values .Would like guidance on how I can sort with breakdown in a Waterfall Chart

According to your description, you want to sort with breakdown in waterfall.
For this , you can try to use the "Simple Waterfall" custom visual .
We can put the breakdown to "Category" fields and we can sort by it .

According to your description, you want to have start (Budget)& end(Actual) not being affected with conditional formatting. I am not fully understand your need , but if you want to show the start (Budget)& end(Actual) without increase or decrease , you can use measure to replace the value.
If this method does not meet your needs, you can provide us with your special sample data and the desired output sample data in the form of tables, so that we can better help you solve the problem. (You can also upload you sample .pbix [without sensitive data] to the OneDrive and share with the OneDrive link to me ! )
